Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings July 8 2014, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

Open Hearings began at 3:00
- RDA-Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks to replace 3 existing docks within Cranbury Pond located in the right of ways @ Crows Lane, Anglers Hook and Woodchuck Hollow and replace one existing dock within Otter Pond located on West Otter Dr . Unanimous vote was given for a negative determination. RDA 2014-08 (Al Binder recused himself from this consideration.) Theses docks were damaged by hurricane and are past their life expectancy.
- RDA- Submitted by Wes Greene for Anne Stone. Applicant seeks a Request for Determination of Scope of alternatives for work in Riverfront of Cranberry Pond. Work involves making a play area and installing a catch basin and pipe to redirect water to prevent erosion. Unanimous vote was given for a negative determination contingent upon Wes Greene submitting the final plan for the runoff catch basin. RDA 2014-07 A silt fence shall be installed where area is to be excavated and refilled.
- G.William Seawright filed for extension of Order of Conditions #3060035, Annual drawdown of Noyes Pond. No objections. Extension granted for5 years.
