Minutes, Conservation Commission, March 28, 2013
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings on
August 30, 2012, at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland.

Open Hearings began at 5:30
- NOI – Submitted by Frank and Kim Waltman of 74 Porcupine Pt. Applicants seek to replace and expand existing porch in the buffer zone of Cranbury Pond. Unanimously approved.
Application was complete. Abutter notification receipts were presented. Expansion of porch towards the neighbor at 68 Porcupine is still within 25 foot border. Use of straw waddle between construction and water is required. Applicant to notify Valerie or Alan 48 hours prior to start of demolition/construction. Notice of Conditions to be filed by applicant in Registry of Deeds prior to construction.
