HEARINGS:
RDA#2012-008—Len and Susan Tillman – 93 Chipmunk crossing. Applicants seek to remove one tree in the buffer zone of Cranbury Pond. Alan did site visit and advised that the tree was leaning across home and was a danger.
It was determined that the tree posed a danger and must be removed by a climber.
The Board voted unanimously to give a Negative Determination, which means this was approved.
Emergency Certificate. Diane Orenstein, 101 Pinewood Drive. Pine tree hit by lightning on Monday, June 25. Val sent emergency certificate to Dave who investigated, took pictures and signed said emergency certificate.; Tree was splintered, over propane tank and near house. Could fall or otherwise damage house and or propane tank. Dave Spidal had approved this on site visit.
The Hearing section of the meeting was closed at 5:45.

New Business Request for information. Lands End, Tom Riley. Valerie returned call to Mr. Riley and advised him of documents to be completed and suggested he meet with Pat Storey of Driftwood shores who is completing a similar request.
