Minutes were read and accepted for October 27, 2011
New Business
Alan took a phone call from a property owner regarding his adjacent property.
Opened and reviewed all new mail.
Organized old files and set up new files.
The board has nothing that requires a hearing for the month of December.
Discussed and decided when there is no need for a hearing/s, normally scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month, that a document will be posted in the meeting minute’s section of the website indicating no hearings that month.
