Tolland Conservation Commission Hearing and Meeting Minutes
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing on March 31, 2011, beginning at 5:30 pm at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, and Tolland for the following purpose/s:
Members Present: Alan Binder, Bryan Perry, Sue Voudren, Valerie Bird
Others Present: John Mobley, applicant
Alan Binder, Chairman opened the Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m.
NOI – Mobley 47 Lakeside. Applicant seeks to put in a new dock.
The applicant let the board know that he would be using aluminum dock with poly decking 8’ X 10’ with a 4’ by 4’ ramp.
Motion made to accept NOI with an Order of Condition to complete the work before the water starts to rise in this spring 2011.
There was a unanimous vote for approving this NOI with Order with the Order of Conditions.
The Hearing Section of Meeting was completed and closed.
MEETING - Other Business
Regarding Tunxis Club’s Noyes Pond treatment with chemicals. They can go ahead with the previous approval for this. Valerie Nickerson-Bird to send the Tunxis Club a letter.
ADJOURNMENT~
There being no further business there was a motion made to end the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
