Tolland Conservation Commission Minutes for 11/05/2009

Opened @ 6:30PM. There were not any minutes available to review and approve.
October minutes will be reviewed at next meeting December 3rd
RDA submitted by consultant Rich Gemme for applicant Ed Kinsella. Applicant requests permission to reroof existing house in buffer zone on Otis Reservoir. Location: 229 Lands End Dr. This was given a negative determination, meaning the project does not impact a resource area.
Project is approved.
Amendment to a previous Notice of Intent submitted by WPOA regarding drawdown of Cranberry pond for the purpose of dam repair. After lengthy discussion. ,Emergency certification for Cranberry drawdown was recinded and a new Notice of Intent was requested. Applicant requested next available date. The date of Dec 3rd was given and agreed on by all parties concerned.
Otis reservoir drawdown Notice of Intent was again continued based on no representation from the applicant.
