Meeting opened at 6:30, Reviewed and approved minutes from May.
Discussed : Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Rich Gemme for Christine Ferraro Applicant seeks to re roof house in buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. Location: 53 Lands End Dr.
Negative Determination
Notice of Intent for Vanasse Hughes for cell tower on 228 Harvey Mountain Rd Approved with conditions.
Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Judith Herron/ Richard Stapleford for tree removal in buffer zone of Otter pond. Location: 69 Otter Pond Trail. Three voted negative, Two positive. Majority stands.
Will Greene in to discuss future projects. No paperwork submitted as yet.

Meeting with DCR to discuss drawdown of Otis Reservoir. Notice of Intent to be submitted before October drawdown.
The commission discussed future agenda items and last minute applicants. Agenda items will be discussed first. Residents wishing to discuss other items not on the agenda will be addressed at the end of the meeting.
