Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Babbitt. Applicant seeks remove trees in buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Location: Porcupine Point.This was an RDA submitted after the job was done. It was viewed by chair Alan Binder and given a negative determination at the meeting.
Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Larry Dinkes. Applicant seeks to construct addition. Location: Moreau Rd. There was no representation at the meeting. The RDA was continued for more information and representation by the applicant.
