Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Beverly Larsen. Applicant seeks to install culvert in driveway. Location: 88 Meadow Dr The commission felt the work was to be in a resource area and was given a .Positive Determination. Applicant must come back with a Notice of Intent
Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Shirley Pollitt. Applicant seeks to replace piers on foundation within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Location: 66 Meadow Dr .This was continued due to a lack of information. No representative was at this site visit or meeting
Request for Determination of Applicability, submitted by Stan Rosen. Applicant seeks to remove trees within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Location: 339 Beetle Rd . Negative determination
Request from Wildwood to have the work sequence in the maintenance area amended was received at this meeting and will be addressed at the next hearing.
Enforcement order for Dominic Urbanati was discussed. Wildwood representatives would relay info to Nick.
Enforcement order continuation for Wildwood regarding replanting guide. Wildwood representatives would be in at the next hearing Dec 11 to discuss replanting.
Commission discussed moving time for hearing to 5 PM for the winter season.
