Meeting Opened: 6:40 p.m. Reviewed agenda
Present were:
Conservation Commission members, Larry Hurd chair, Dave Pickhardt, Valerie Nickerson,
Mike Kulig from Berkshire Engineering, Ken Johnson representing the address tMorvadelli Beetle Rd project.
Tom Martin, And Dave Lawry representing the Lawry-Conti trust Dock Project.
Abutters from the Beetle Road Project
1. Mike Kulig presented the Morvadelli driveway crossing Notice of intent. Since there were no DEP comments as yet determination was postponed to next month, May 30th
2. Tom Martin presented the Lawry-Conti dock replacement project located at 201 and t211 Moreau Rd. Dock replacement was accepted with minor stipulations. Erosion controls, and replacement when water is at it lowest.
