The August minutes were read and approved.
1 Chapter 61B application was reviewed and signed. Action letter was sent.
3 Motor Vehicle abatement application was tabled until September meeting.
There was discussion of any possibility of a discount on vacant, small non-conforming properties due to Title V requirements for development of a two or three bedroom house. There is already a substantial discount on undeveloped non-conforming land. No additional discount was approved.
Jessica reported that the conversion from the state Cama system to Patriot Properties AssessPro is almost completed. Every improved property has been viewed and most entered. Upon completion, Jessica will notify Joseph Barbieri of DLS for a field review.
