Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes
January 24, 2017

The November minutes were read and approved.
Two real estate abatement applications were reviewed. One was denied. One application has been tabled for vote after further research. A special meeting will be called. All appropriate papers were signed.
Three Motor Vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted. All appropriate papers were signed.
The proposed settlement notice with Verizon New England from the Department of Local Services was read along with the notice of the MAAO recommendation. The Board of Assessors will agree to the proposed settlement.
The FY2018 Budget and FY2016 Annual Report were reviewed and approved with minimal changes. They will be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen.
