Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The September minutes were read and approved.
One motor vehicle abatement application was reviewed and granted. All appropriate papers were signed.
Five personal property abatement applications were reviewed and granted. All appropriate papers were signed.
One real estate abatement application was reviewed and granted. All appropriate papers were signed.
GIS Service proposal from CAI was discussed. All though this is a program which the Board would truly like to see implemented, it was decided the expense would be inappropriate at this time.
One Chapter 61B application was reviewed and granted. All appropriate papers were signed.
CSC End-of-life Conversion was discussed. The Board will notify the state that there is no intention of continuing with the conversion proposed by DOR.
