Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The July minutes were read and approved.
A proposal for GIS Service through CAI Technologies was given out and will be discussed in the future. The annual cost for this service is $2400 and will offer a fine tuned search engine as well as parcel mapping.
New Legislation which changes the recertification cycle from 3 years to five years was recently passed and we had a little party.
Three applications for Chapter 61 were reviewed, granted and signed.
All proposed land value changes were discussed. Approval from Department of Local Services is still pending.
