Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes
February 23, 2016
Meeting Opened at 10:00 am
In Attendance: Susan Moore – Chair

The December minutes were read and approved.
Four Real Estate abatements were reviewed and granted. All appropriate paperwork was signed.
Two Real Estate abatements were voted denied and one abatement was deemed denied. All appropriate forms were signed.
Four Motor Vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted. All appropriate paperwork was signed.
Jessica reported on a meeting with Joseph Barbieri of the Department of Local Services to review and reconcile recent State Owned Land purchases. He will return his findings and have the Board sign off before filing with the state.
Meeting was adjourned at 11:20
