The November minutes were read, signed and approved.
Jessica reported that valuation for the solar array off New Boston Road was completed in consultation with Duane Adams of Mayflower Valuation.
The Board will request a meeting with the Board of Governors of the Tunxis Club to discuss documentation of ownership and directives from the Department of Revenue for the recertification for Fiscal Year 2016.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:30am
