Susan Moore as Assessor was sworn into office by Susan Voudren as Town Clerk.
The July meeting minutes were read and accepted.
Contract with CAI (Cartographics Associates Inc) was signed.
We compared our form for percent complete to another town’s and decided to keep ours as is.
Jessica reviewed the pre-submission LA forms.
The Board discussed the new calculations for non-conforming contiguous parcels. Parcels across the street used for septic or well are to be valued at 25% of full value.
Discussion for one real estate abatement was finalized and the abatement was denied.
Meeting was adjourned at 2:30
