Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The January minutes were read and approved.
Two motor vehicle abatements were granted with all appropriate forms signed.
One 2012 Motor Vehicle Commitment and one 2013 Motor Vehicle Commitment was signed and submitted to the Tax Collector.
One Veteran’s exemption application was considered and granted. All appropriate forms were signed.
Jessica reported that more conversations have been had with Massachusetts DCR in reference to Parcel 101-76. The Board is now waiting for written confirmation from DCR to verify ownership.
