Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The September minutes were read and approved.
One motor vehicle abatement application was approved and all corresponding paperwork was signed.
One motor vehicle commitment was signed.
An update on values and the recertification process was offered by Jessica.
A personal property abatement application was approved for Verizon New England in light of ATB decisions. All corresponding paperwork was signed.
Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting. The Board of Assessors continued a discussion on Chapter 61B application from Wildwood Property Owners Association. Jessica is going to call a meeting with WPOA committee members to clarify the applications. Decision will be postponed.
