Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The August minutes were read and approved.
Susan Moore requested that the July minutes be amended to reflect that she recused herself from the discussion on Wildwood.
An update on values and the recertification process was offered by Jessica.
Jessica read a communication from Attorney William A, Hazel for Verizon New England on Tax abatement and refund due from Tolland. (Copy attached) Tolland will wait until after an October 9th pretrial conference before proceeding with payment to Verizon.
Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting. The Board of Assessors received 9 applications from Wildwood Property Owners Association for Chapter 61B. Jessica will review the applications for accuracy and map out the included parcels for the October Meeting.
