Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The June minutes were read and approved.
Signatures for record were obtained for Form MDM1.
One Motor Vehicle abatement was reviewed and granted. All appropriated forms were signed.
One Personal Property abatement was reviewed and granted. All appropriated forms were signed.
Correspondence with Mr. Robert Baker, owner of property off Amos Case Road, was reviewed. Mr. Baker granted the Assessors permission to view his property.
Jessica has contacted Cartographics about a discrepancy between current and registered mapping vs. deep description within Wildwood Property Owners Association. No reply has been received.
Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting. Questions asked of the Board of Assessors office by WPOA about CH 61B have been received from DOR legal department. An entity with land in Chapter 61B can timber the property with an approved plan by the State Forester.
The Board of Selectmen have requested information on a work program for senior citizens. Jessica will get the information they request.
