The minutes from the April meeting were read and accepted
One Real Estate Abatement Application was reviewed. An additional meeting for May 29th at 10:00 am was called after additional information was requested for a final decision.
Jessica Kelmelis reported that all structures on the Camp Kinderland property have been corrected in our system. This accounts for a large increase in their final value. Once revaluation certification is closer to public notice, Jessica will contact the offices of Camp Kinderland to alert them of the specifics of the increase.
