Minutes from the July meeting were read and accepted.
One Motor Vehicle abatement application was reviewed and granted. All corresponding paperwork was signed.
Mass DOR Legal has responded to the Girl Scout tax status issue. It has been decided by the BOA to try to get the GSofCT to respond to one final appeal for 3ABC application completion rather than alter their status which would make a marked difference to the towns recap sheets. Jessica will send a final letter to the CEO and CFO of Girl Scouts of CT.
Susan Moore was voted as chairperson of the Tolland BOA for FY2012.
An application for Chapter 61B on parcel 402-15 was approved and signed.
