Minutes from the May meeting were read and accepted.
Fiscal Year 2011 Real Estate abatement application #5 was finalized. The first portion was granted and the second was denied.
The Board discussed clerking salaries for the up coming budget hearing.
The BOA voted to destroy old deed copies as copies are available at the Registry of Deeds and our storage space is limited.
The BOA voted to update the GIS text through the Cartographics Associates proposal.
The BOS voted to not accept the Cartographics proposal for online GIS.
