Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

Minutes from the January meeting were read and accepted.
26 Motor Vehicle abatements were granted and all corresponding paperwork signed.
2 Real Estate abatements were discussed. Application #6 was granted based on data corrections. All appropriate papers were signed and notification will be mailed to the property owner. A notice of continuance was approved by the Board to be sent to the property owner of application #5.
There has been no response to the letter sent to WPOA last month.
The Board of Selectmen have agreed that an article to vote on Clause 17D will be put on the annual town meeting.
