Minutes from the October meeting were read and accepted.
Preliminary Certification was received on November 6th. Public Disclosure was held from November 12th through November 21st.
Discount on three of four non-perkable lots from previously received letter will be offered. Issues must be clarified on the fourth lot before discount will be granted.
LA10 was reviewed and signed.
