Business:
Minutes from the September meeting were read and accepted.
2 motor vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted.
A letter was received stating that no perk was obtainable on four separate parcels. All parcels are non-conforming. The Board will question Board of Health on options for properties.
All certification information was forwarded to Boston on October 23rd. Public disclosure awaits preliminary approval. Board has voted for notification cards to go all resident homeowners as well as impact notices to second home owners.
