Discussed call received in Assessors’ office requesting comment on former DOR employee. Caller gave name but no business name and left only a cell number. Board requires request in writing. No response needed.
Reviewed and signed five Motor Vehicle commitments.
Reviewed various classes and seminars available. Both Sues will be attending What’s New in Municipal Law? On September 28th.
Board agreed that house owned by Girl Scouts which is rented to private citizens should be taxable.
Board agreed on policy that if a property is marked with no trespassing signs, is gated, or whose owner has refused entrance shall be mailed a letter requesting entrance.
