Business:
All members of the Board have just completed a week at MAAO school at UMASS Amherst during the previous week.
Discussed effectiveness of sales visits. Jessica will talk with Bob Littlefield, fire chief, in order to be invited on sales inspection visits.
A letter will be sent to the WPOA Board of Directors to set up a meeting to discuss our assessing policy for WPOA common property.
Jessica will order a disclaimer stamp for maps with larger print.
Jessica has approached the Tolland Board of Selectmen to introduce a policy that all papers, permits and forms having to do with each parcel must be contained within the parcel file in the Town Hall file room. Jessica & Margaret will draw up a notification to all department heads.
Board wants to locate on the internet or purchase USPAP Standard of Practice and new Marshall & Swift book.
