Read and signed May 22nd minutes.
Reviewed and signed five Motor Vehicle abatements and corresponding papers.
Reviewed and signed 1 Real Estate abatement and corresponding papers.
Discussed archiving Property Record Cards in PDF. There is a minimal software expense.
Discussed how to determine grade and condition of a property when entrance is not permitted. Jess will create a IQ report which can be used for estimating.
