Minutes from May were read and accepted.
Reviewed and signed one Motor Vehicle Abatement
Reviewed and signed letter to be sent to MDC for Stumpage fee
Reviewed final paperwork for Sheldon Property rollback taxes as the property is being removed from Chapter land.
Policy Changes:
All finished rooms below grade will be counted on the property record card. Bedrooms will not add value but bathrooms will. Grade and condition should be used accordingly to reach the appropriate value for the finished area.
Opening discussion on whether or not to declare a minimum Personal Property value.
A new format for determining percent complete has been voted on. See attached.
