Voted for CSC Board of Directors
Jessica will call Registry of Deeds about printing issues from Website.
Board has decided to suspend Marshall & Swift subscription for a year.
Review of letter sent from the Board to Adam Burt with all Tunxis Correspondence attached illustrating Duane’s suggestions for valuation of waterfront property.
New detached structure codes needed. For next summer. Jessica will ask other assessors if the have similar structures and how to cost.
Jessica sent new extract to DLS which will hopefully correct many of the inconsistencies of the online property record cards.
