Business:
Reviewed and signed RE Abatements and abatement notice to Treasurer.
Reviewed and signed two Motor Vehicle commitments and warrants.
Signed MV abatement notice to Treasurer.
Faxed Assessor qualification form to DOR
Signed contract with Mayflower Valuation.
Moved and voted to remove neighborhood code #11(bacon strip) and list as Tolland proper for primary with neighborhood class on residual due to restriction of parcel shape
Moved and voted to remove discount on unimproved property.
Moved and voted the option of Preliminary Tax bill sent out in October if our tax rate is not set.
Agreed to use old denial forms for RE abatement applications
RE Abatement #5 unable to get appointment for interior inspection. Vote denied.
