Susan Voudren appointed to take over chair position for the remainder of the election year. The appointment will come up for discussion again at the next full Assessor's meeting after elections.
Discussed and changed "View" land codes to Wildwood Proper. This action did not change the value as the difference is only apparent after first two acres.
All other land to be reviewed for FY06. Susan Moore will give suggestions after reviewing all neighbor hood codes and land maps. Packet of tables, maps and pertinent information will go to Susan after the first of the year.
Meeting adjourned at 2:00 pm.
