§ Reviewed and accepted September Minutes.
§ Open and reviewed mail.
§ Signed three motor vehicle commitments and one motor vehicle abatement.
§ Hull liens reviewed and signed.
§ Reviewed and discussed State Owned land report and signed off to state.
§ Reviewed Interim change information and questions from Jessica.
§ Ethics issues were discussed. Jackie will send information from class she attended.
§ Land, neighborhoods, classes etc reviewed as previously required by the state for FY2006.
§ Helpful website new to assessors from Consortium www.csc-ma.us in favorites.
§ Reviewed and agreed that all "view" lots should be removed before FY05 bills go out if it doesn't interfere with tax bill schedule.
§ Review and change "Bacon Strip" lots before FY05 if it doesn't interfere with getting tax bills out.
§ Jackie officially resigned and turned in key. See attached letter.
§ Susan Voudren suggested we ask the Selectmen to appoint Jessica as Assessor until April election. She has required schooling already so she can sign.
