Reviewed minutes from the August meeting. Jacki Bitso and Susan Voudren both submitted. Minutes approved
Chairman signed payroll time sheets
Filled out Ballot/Proxy votes for MAOO Election of Officers
Hull real estate abatements completed. Liens to be put in place by next meeting.
Discussed TeleAtlas Co. wanting to purchase digital copy of maps. Jacki suggested Jessica to ask Ted Locke.
Motor Vehicle abatements reviewed and signed.
Read letter from Susan Moore which was submitted as Susan could not attend the meeting due to date change. Tabled to review and discuss at next meeting with Susan Moore present.(attached)
Susan Moore provided copies of a DC Manual from another town. Jacki to review. Will discuss at next meeting.
Discussed State Owned Land. Jessica and Sue to get together and work on it for next meeting.
