Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings June 28, 2018, beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
1. NOI- Submitted by Abigail Wolcott of 299 North Trail. Applicant seeks to expand single family home in the buffer zone of Noyes Pond.
2. NOI- Submitted by Randall Paul and Cherylyn Butler. Map 409 Lot 11 adjacent to 228 Clubhouse Rd. Applicants seek to construct an access road for the installation of solar panels and associated work crossing a drainage swale that is a BVW at the entrance of West Granville Road from Clubhouse Road.
