Conservation Commission Hearing
Agenda for June 28, 2018
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings June 28, 2018, beginning at 5:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
1. Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Kelly, Granger and Parsons. Abigail Wolcott, applicant, seeks to expand single family home on 299 North Trail in the buffer zone of Noyes Pond.
2. Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by SWCA. Randall Paul, and Cherylyn Butler, applicants, seek to construct an access road, installation of solar panels, and associated work crossing a drainage swale that is BVW.at the entrance of West Granville Rd and from Clubhouse Rd.
