Polls will be open 11:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Public Safety Complex (PSC)

How to Request Absentee Ballot

Reasons for needing absentee ballots are:
  • Absence from the town during the hours the polls are open.
  • Physical disability preventing you from going to the polling place.
  • Religious belief.
Absentee ballot request forms are available at the Town Hall, online at www.tolland-ma.gov on the Town Clerk’s home page, or at State of Ma website under elections. The deadline for submitting this completed and signed request form is noon on Monday May 4, 2018.

Once the request for absentee ballot is received by the Town Clerk the ballot will be sent out via US Mail.  Be sure to follow the instructions when completing the absentee ballot which includes filling out the front of the brown envelope, signing it and sealing your ballot into it.
IMPORTANT: The absentee ballot can’t be dropped in the front door mail drop;
It must be postmarked and mailed or hand deliver it to the Town Clerk up until close of polls 6:30 p.m. day of the election.  You also may arrange with the Town Clerk to come in and vote your absentee ballot at the Town Hall prior to the election, refer to contact information below.
