Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings May 8, 2018, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
RDA- Submitted by Friends of Dance New England of 1266 East Otis Road. Applicant seeks to remove large rocks in meadow, install a power pole and take down 8 trees within the buffer zone of wetlands.
RDA- Submitted by Jean Armitage of 55 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to remove 4 trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
Amended NOI- (306-0070) Submitted by David Diricco of 119 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to add a deck to an existing recently built cottage.
