Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings February 13, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
NOI- Submitted by Larry and Joyce Marion of 113 Lands End Drive on Otis reservoir. Applicants seek to tear down existing house and rebuild one family dwelling.
RDA- Submitted by Pamela White and Wendy Brunet of 83 Lands End Drive. . Applicants seek to remove two damaged trees near Otis Reservoir.
