Conservation Hearing
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings October 26, 2017, beginning at 6:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
1. NOI- Submitted by Anne Stone of 263 Lakeside Drive. Continued from September 28, 2017. DEP File #306-0071. Applicant seeks to build a rock wall on the bank of Cranberry Pond.
2. Department of Conservation and Recreation- Applicant seeks a three year extension of Order of Conditions of drawdown for Otis reservoir due to expire November 2017.
3. RDA- Submitted by Cheryl and Marc Karpman of #17 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to thin saplings and do vista pruning by waterfront of Cranberry Pond.
