Street Census: Forms were sent out to all households in January. I will be doing a 2nd mailing for all who have not responded 3/22/17. All full time residents must fill these out and include all members of the household. The annual street census is required by the State of Massachusetts and failure to sign and return this form whether or not you have any corrections, additions or deletions, will result in removal from the active voters list.
