The Tolland Police will be having the Halloween party on 10-29-2016 at 5:00pm at the Public Safety Complex. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Candy, snacks or whatever. Donations can be dropped off at the Police Department, Town Hall, Library, Highway Garage or given to an Officer. We will have the hay ride, juggler, arts and crafts and snacks and pumpkin carving. Don't miss it!
