The Tolland Cultural Council is now accepting applications for 2017 community-oriented arts, humanities, and science programs. This year, all applicants are required to submit applications online at www.mass-culture.org. Please see the website for more information and detailed instructions. Paper applications will not be accepted. This year's deadline to apply is October 17, 2016.
