Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings September 29, 2016, beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
1. RDA- Submitted by Gerald Landry of 191 Moreau Rd. Applicant seeks to remove 1 tree and 21 stump as well as repair retaining wall and lawn in the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir.
2. RDA- Submitted by Loretta Lyons, Jacquelyn Weaver & Judith Gonyeau of 22 Pinewood Drive. Applicants seek to remove old wooden dock and replace it with an aluminum dock with composite decking in the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir.
