Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings June 30 2016, beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
RDA- Barbara Coleman, 90 West Otter. Applicant seeks to remove a variety of trees including beech, diseased hemlock, maple and pine totaling 37. These trees are located in the buffer zone of Otter Pond.
RDA- Tennessee Gas Pipeline. Applicant seeks to perform maintenance work along pipeline within 100 feet of buffer zone of BVW.
