The Cultural Council of Tolland is once again sponsoring an Upcycling Workshop given by Lou Leelyn! Learn how to turn plastic bags and wrappers into usable items.
Last year Tolland residents loved this workshop and for any repeaters a more advanced item is offered for a nominal materials fee.
