Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings March 31, 2016, beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
HEARINGS
RDA- Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks to install a tight tank at Lakeside Beach within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
RDA -Submitted WPOA. Applicant seeks to replace 3 docks on Cranberry Pond and one replacement and one dock repair on Otter Pond. Also wish to remove a clump of birch trees on Fox Den Beach that are falling into Cranberry Pond.
RDA- Submitted by Chip Fisher of 185 Land’s End Drive. Applicant seeks to remove one pine tree and repair a stonewall within the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir.
