Attendance: None
The continuation of the aforementioned applicant’s hearing was opened at 7:20 PM. Mr. Peak, the Planning Board Co-Chairman read the public hearing notice into the minutes.
Mr. Peak informed the Board that the applicant’s agent, Mr. Silva was notified that the Planning Board’s meeting on 04 April 2012 had the potential of conflicting with Special Town Meeting. He was advised that the Board had revised their meeting schedule for the month of April to avoid any conflicts with Special Town Meeting and the Annual Town Meeting. The earliest appointment available to re-schedule the hearing was on 18 April 2012 at 7:15 PM.
Mr. Silva and Mr. Maciel understood and asked for a written confirmation of the new hearing date and time. The Board Secretary forwarded an email reiterating the specifics of the phone conversation explaining the situation.
Mr. Silva and Mr. Maciel were advised that they were not required to attend the continuation of the hearing on 04 April 2012. Both gentlemen opted against it.
Mr. Peak noted that no one representing the applicant was present for these discussions. There being no further comment, Mr. Peak entertained a motion to continue the hearing on 18 April 2012 at 7:15 PM in the Town Hall Annex. Mr. Seidman so moved. Mr. Thompson seconded the motion, and the motion carried. 3/0/0
The Planning Board resumed their regularly scheduled session at 7:23 PM

1. Tisbury Wastewater Planning Committee
Mr. Seidman offered to report on the Committee’s meeting earlier this morning at their next meeting on 18 April 2012.
